Grain harvest in Russia amounted to 155 million tons

OREANDA-NEWS Russia, as of November 24, collected 155 million tons of grain (in bunker weight), including 105.2 million tons of wheat, according to the materials of the Ministry of Agriculture.
As of the same date last year, 125.5 million and 78.6 million tons were collected, respectively.
Grain and leguminous crops were threshed from 45.8 million hectares (from 45.3 million hectares last year), the yield was 33.8 c/ha (27.7 c/ha). Wheat was harvested from 29.2 million hectares (27.8 million hectares) with a yield of 36 kg/ha (28.2 kg/ha). Barley was threshed from 7.9 million hectares (7.9 million hectares), 24.5 million tons (18.9 million tons) were harvested with a yield of 30.9 c/ha (24 c/ha). Corn for grain was harvested from 1.7 million hectares (2.7 million hectares), 10.2 million tons (15.2 million tons) were harvested, the yield was 59.3 c/ha (in 2021 - 55.2 c/ha). The area of rice harvesting decreased to 165.9 thousand hectares from 184.5 thousand hectares last year, 934.2 thousand were harvested. tons (1.2 million tons) with a yield of 56.3 c/ha (63.7 c/ha).
Sugar beet was dug from 960.9 thousand hectares (986.7 thousand hectares), 45.6 million tons (40.4 million tons) were accumulated, the yield was 474.1 c/ha (409.5 c/ha). Flax-long-tailed from 33 thousand hectares (39.3 thousand hectares).
Sunflower was harvested from 7.3 million hectares (9.6 million hectares), 13.3 million tons (15.4 million tons) were harvested with a yield of 18.1 c/ha (16.1 c/ha).
Rapeseed was threshed from 2.2 million hectares (1.6 million hectares), 4.7 million tons (3 million tons) were harvested, the yield was 20.9 c/ha (18.3 c/ha). The area of soybean threshing increased to 3.2 million hectares from 3 million hectares last year. Harvested 6 million tons (4.9 million tons) with a yield of 18.9 c/ha (16.5 c/ha).
Potatoes in agricultural enterprises and farms were harvested from 281.3 thousand hectares (271.7 thousand hectares), 7.2 million tons (6.6 million tons) were accumulated, the yield was 255.1 c/ha (243.8 c/ha). Vegetables were harvested from 173 thousand hectares (174.7 thousand hectares), 5.1 million tons (5 million tons) were harvested with a yield of 297.3 c/ha (286.7 c/ha).
Sowing of winter crops was carried out on an area of 17.7 million hectares, which is 0.7 million hectares less than on the same date last year (18.4 million hectares).
