Earlier, the Ministry of Transport of Russia confirmed the forecast for the outflow of Russian pilots abroad. According to Mikhail Blinkin, chairman of the Public council of the Ministry of Transport, pilots from Russia can work in any country, they will not want to stand idle and lose their skills.
«These are well-trained specialists who are used to certain routes and salaries. And when they are told that instead of San Francisco, they will now fly no further than Syzran, they will start calling friends who work, for example, in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Poland, in order to find work», Blinkin said.
He added that 2019 was the last successful year for Russian aviation. This year, very modest aviation mobility is predicted, and Russia will have significantly fewer aircraft.
