According to the agency, the Eighth Court of Cassation dismissed the claim of the former prisoner to the prosecutor's office of the region.
The man had previously served his sentence in a penal colony and complained to the prosecutor's office about the actions of the correctional institution administration. The prosecutor's office conducted an audit and confirmed his arguments. To protect the rights of the convict, a protest was brought to the head of the colony, which was satisfied. At the same time, the man believed that he had not been notified of the results of the inspection and appealed to the court for compensation. The man considered that this caused him moral suffering in the amount of 111 trillion rubles and nine kopecks. The court dismissed his complaint.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian had damaged cellular equipment and was under investigation.
