OREANDA-NEWS   Gazprom Capital LLC plans to start offering annual bonds in yuan on March 14, according to a press release from the Expert RA rating agency.

The volume of the issue has so far been stated as "at least 100 million yuan." Previously, the issuer had not placed debt securities in yuan.

The Agency assigned the expected ruAAA(EXP) rating to the planned release of the BO-001P-11 series. "Gazprom's guarantee will be provided for this issue. Additional adjustments for subordination, collateral and surety are possible, and therefore the agency establishes parity between the current rating of the issuer and the rating of the bonds of the BO-001P-11 series," the release says.

Currently, there are five issues of Gazprom exchange-traded bonds in circulation totaling 70 billion rubles, 31 issues of Gazprom Capital exchange-traded bonds totaling 825 billion rubles, six issues of classic bonds, including perpetual ones, for 544.2 billion rubles, as well as issues of replacement bonds in various currencies.
