Vladimir Potanin, one of the main owners of Norilsk Nickel, retained the first place at the end of the month with a result of $ 29.9 billion (plus $3.46 billion).

Next are Severstal's main beneficiary Alexey Mordashov with a capital of $27.5 billion (plus 1.28 billion) and Leonid Mikhelson, co-owner of the Novatek gas company ($25.6 billion, plus 1.93 billion). NLMK beneficiary Vladimir Lisin and Lukoil co-owner Vagit Alekperov also made the top five.
