Three items have been added to the list of activities, all of which are related to the management and rental of real estate. Prior to that, the list consisted solely of activities related to concerts and filming for television — this set has not changed for 21 years.

In addition, Meladze has a sole proprietor, Vantage LLC, which owns a shopping center of the same name in Vostochny Biryulyovo. The singer owns this company together with his sister Liana and their business partner. Every year, such a business brings the singer 15 million rubles of income.

Earlier it became known that Valery Meladze spent more than a million rubles to celebrate his birthday in Spain. According to the source, the performer celebrated his 60th birthday by renting a restaurant in an elite golf club. Among the guests of the celebration were relatives and friends of the artist, including his brother Konstantin Meladze and his wife Albina Dzhanabayeva. It is known that the menu includes shrimp, beef tenderloin, sea bass fillet, wild berry cake, as well as cocktails and champagne.
