Boiling water flooded Sovkhoznaya Street and the nearest yards in the Levoberezhny district of the city. As a result of the heating main breakthrough, a real geyser filled the area, and steam flooded the area. The column of steam rose to the height of the twentieth floor. By 11 a.m., the water leak was stopped, the city district administration reported. Now experts are looking for a damaged section of communications. The territory is fenced for security purposes.

Against the background of the breakthrough, the authorities recalled the testing of heating systems in the territory of the Levoberezhny district. Initially, the work was scheduled until August 28. The tests are carried out at a temperature of 145 degrees. The press service clarified that information about the start of technical work was posted in advance in the residential chats of the neighborhood.

Earlier, one of the yards in Vladivostok was flooded with boiling water. Hot water began pouring from overflowing wells. Emergency services ignored calls from local residents until they threatened to contact law enforcement agencies. The flood continued for ten hours.
