OREANDA-NEWS  The tanker Anatoly Kolodkin delivered 100,000 tons of oil to Cuba as humanitarian cargo. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Transport, RIA Novosti reports.

The ship has arrived at the port of Mansas and is awaiting unloading. The delivery is carried out as part of the humanitarian aid provided by Moscow to Havana.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that the United States is not against humanitarian oil supplies to Cuba from other countries, including Russia.

It was also reported that the US authorities allegedly allowed a Russian oil tanker to pass to the shores of Cuba, despite the fact that Washington had previously declared an energy blockade of the island.
