OREANDA-NEWS   The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) has received a complaint about the actions of the organizer of the bidding for the sale of Domodedovo Airport, PJSC Bank PSB, RIA Novosti learned from the FAS notification.

"The Federal Antimonopoly Service received a complaint "..." dated January 26, 2026 No. 1/26 (ext. dated January 27, 2026 No. 10999-EP/26)... on the actions (inaction) of the organizer of the auction, PJSC PSB Bank, when organizing and conducting the sale through a public offering of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital," the message says.

Thus, the complaint was filed three days before the repeat auction for the sale of Domodedovo, which took place on January 29. According to the results of the auction, the winner was the subsidiary of Sheremetyevo Airport, Perspektiva LLC, which offered the minimum possible 66.1 billion rubles for the asset. The first auction for the sale of Domodedovo airport, which took place on January 20, was declared invalid.
