OREANDA-NEWS  Washington is not going to send American troops to the territory of Ukraine. This was stated by US President Donald Trump in an interview with Fox News channel.

At the same time, Trump mentioned the interest of France and Germany in the possible deployment of their own military contingents in Ukraine. According to the American leader, such steps should not cause complications in relations with Russia.

Trump also spoke about security guarantees for Ukraine, noting that they cannot include the country's membership in NATO. At the same time, according to him, the United States will be ready to help countries form alternative mechanisms.
