OREANDA-NEWS. September 12, 2007. In response to publications that appeared in certain mass media regarding the change of top management in MDM Bank, Mr. Perhirin, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of MDM Bank, stated that he was profoundly surprised by this information.

Mr. Perhirin stated: "Currently I am on regular leave in Australia, and upon returning to my office on September 17 I will resume my duties as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of MDM Bank. The information on my possible resignation is not true and is based on unconfirmed rumours".
