OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) dismissed the petitions of "Khabarovsknefteproduct" OJSC on purchasing 100% shares of the registered capital of "Rossiniela" Ltd. and 100% shares of the registered capital of "Grand Rossiniela" Ltd., reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Having analyzed the presented documentation, FAS Russia established the following:

"Khabarovsknefteproduct" OJSC has the dominant position on the market of retail sales of auto-petrol and diesel fuel in Khabarovsk.

"Khabarovsknefteproduct" OJSC is included in the Register of economic entities with over 35% share on the market of certain goods, particularly, in the commodity group for retail sales of auto-petrol within geographic boundaries of the Khabarovsk region with the share over 65%.

"Rossiniela" Ltd. owns 11 refueling stations, 9 of which are located in Khabarovsk. "Grand Rossiniela" Ltd. owns 3 refueling stations in Khabarovsk.

The Antimonopoly Service concluded that transactions would strengthen the dominant position of "Khabarovsknefteproduct" OJSC on the market of retail sales of auto-petrol and diesel fuel in Khabarovsk, which would restrict competition.
