On November 20, 2008 In accordance with the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Development Strategy for 2007-2010, KASE placed at its website (http://www.kase.kz/en/page/normative_base) English versions of the majority of KASE regulatory documents, and normative legal acts of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activity of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty used by KASE  in its operation, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The regulatory documents have been translated by KASE specialists.

KASE draws attention to the fact that English versions of the regulatory documents are being published solely for information purposes and will not have legal force.
