OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2008. Capital Bank issued deposit certificates for legal entities for 10 billion soums. The issue was registered with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on 15 December 2008.

Par value of the deposit certificate comprises 50 million soums. The certificate will circulate between 6 months to three years.

In line with the legislation, legal entities are exempted from income tax to dividends, received from deposits and debt securities of commercial banks to over a year.
