Bank CenterCredit (BCC) signed the Loan agreement with International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group member. The loan size - USD45 m. For 5 years. Funds will be used to support the Bank clients crediting program in various segments of Kazakhstan small and medium size businesses, including agricultural projects.

- In the current economic situation small and medium size businesses enterprises are one of the key factors of the economy sustainable development, important source of the population employment and positively influence on the country economy crisis. At the same time, despite hardening of banking crediting terms, the demand for loans in small and medium size enterprises, in particular, long-term is not decreasing. We pay special attention to further development of our strategic partnership with IFC in this area, - emphasized BCC Boardn Chairman Vladislav Lee.

- BCC is the key partner of IFC on ensuring funding of small and medium size businesses enterprises of Kazakhstan. The loan provided is the IFC support in the difficult situation on international capital markets, - said IFC Director on Eastern Europe and Central Asia Shahbaz Mavaddat.

Borrowed funds will be used for financing of own clients - private small and medium size businesses enterprises. The maximum loan size, invested into projects, compliant with IFC requirements, must not exceed one million of USD and must be issued for the period not less than one year.

Bank CenterCredit and IFC are partners from 2005, when BCC became the IFC program participant on leasing transactions funding in Central Asia.
