OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2009. Currently the management of Parex banka is engaged in a negotiation process with its syndicated lenders, reported the press-centre of Parex banka.

All parties are interested in arriving at a mutually beneficial solution, but it would be premature to make any forecasts about the outcome of the negotiation process at this point. All parties are abiding by a common decision to comply with a confidentiality agreement in order not to influence the results of the negotiations.

As soon as any agreement between Parex banka and the lenders will be made, the results will be announced by the parties.
