OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2009. In the framework of corporate strategy Parallel Company continues to support social initiatives in the cities of its operation. It made one more step on this road in Artyomovsk (Donetsk Region) where its two filling stations successfully operate, reported the press-centre of SCM. 

The oil trader responded to the call of municipal authorities and transferred funds to overhaul the Children's City Hospital in the framework of Artyomovsk programme "Social project-2009". In particular, charitable contribution from Parallel will be used to buy the flooring for the hospital. Artyomovsk City Council raised over UAH 2.5m in all to reconstruct the hospital.

Senior management of Parallel believe that commercial structures should develop active citizenship projects and find resources to support socially important programmes even in the challenging economic conditions.
