The termination of JSC Latvijas kugnieciba participation is based on sale of all its 650000 (six hundred fifty thousand) capital shares in Karavella Property Ltd. with the nominal value of LVL 650000 (six hundred fifty thousand lats) to Arsenal Ltd., joint registration number 40103206747.
