OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2009. The Central Bank of Russia registered two LOCKO-Bank’s domestic bond issues for the total amount RUR 4.5 billion under the following terms and conditions, reported the press-centre of LOCKO-Bank:

3-year bonds series 03, nominal value RUR 1,000 per bond for the total amount RUR 3 billion, 1-year offer, secured by surety, to be placed on the open market. The state registration number for the issue is 40302707В;

3-year bonds series 04, nominal value RUR 1,000 per bond for the total amount RUR 1.5 billion, 1-year offer, to be placed on the open market. The state registration number for the issue is 40202707В.

The bonds are to be placed in the market within a year. The coupon rate for the first coupon period is to be determined by tender on the placement date.

The funds received on the issues will be utilized for lending to the Bank’s first class individual and corporate borrowers as well as for development of the Bank’s strategic SME lending programs.
