On December 29, 2009 at 1 p.m., JSC “BPS-Bank” is holding an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in the form of joint meeting of the persons who are entitled to participate in such meeting, to discuss the agenda and take decisions on it. The meeting shall take place at the address: Assembly Hall of the Head Office of BPS-Bank, 6, Muliavin Blvd., Minsk, reported the press-centre of BPS-Bank.

1. Amendments to the Statute of JSC “BPS-Bank”.

2. Election of new Supervisory Board of JSC “BPS-Bank”.

Registration of the persons who are entitled to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders shall start at the lobby of the 5th floor of the Head Office of JSC “BPS-Bank” at 11 a.m..

The Bank’s shareholders can obtain information about their inclusion into the list of persons entitled to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders and other information under the law of the Republic of Belarus at the Bank’s Head Office or branches and outlets in places of registration of shares belonging to such shareholders.

The date of drawing of the list of persons entitled to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank is December 22, 2009.
