MEGABANK Improves Qualification of Its Employees
OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2010. The employees of all regional branches of MEGABANK,PJSC early February 2010 have undergone the training program on effective communication with the clients. The training was held in Head bank office in Kharkov. About his informed the head of banking services division Andrey Onopko, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.
According to his words, the workshop enabled the bank's experts, involved with the clients, get additional skills in negotiation process. Obtained during the workshop skills will help the bank's employees become even closer to their constant and potential clients. The bank constantly cares about the boost of qualification of its employees and regularly realizes such programs.
Reference. The number of employees of MEGABANK,PJSC as of February 1, 2010 is 1 628 persons, out of which 70% are directly involved in the work the clients.
