OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2010. Astana-Finance (Astana), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of changes to the share issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

The changes were registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) dated February 5, 2010 and made in connection with change of the line-up of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of Astana-Finance.
