OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. ASTEL (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), common shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of registered changes to the company shares issue prospectus and the copy of securities issue government registration certificate of February 1, 2010, replacing the previously issued ones, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to these documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes to the company shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the company location change;
 
- the total number of authorized shares of the company is 500,000 common shares KZ1C47260019;

- the company shares issue was included to the State Securities Register under number А4726;

- as of February 1, 2010 were offered 226,000 common shares, its authorized capital  was formed in the size of KZT226,000,000.
