OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2010. National welfare fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar is Perviy nezavisimiy registrator (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C57040012) is 3,500,000,000;

- 3,464,910,201 shares are outstanding;

- the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is the Republic of Kazakhstan represented with the Committee for state property and privatizations of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry.
