OREANDA-NEWS. April 30, 2010. Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of changes to the share prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The changes were registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) on March 25, 2010 and made due to changes in the composition of the Board of directors, the management board and shareholders holding ten or more percent of outstanding shares, and procedures of conversion of preferred shares into common shares.
