OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2010. BSGV has decreased mortgage rates and downpayment: the decrease concerns Country Real Estate program and Property Improvement program and makes 1.25% in rubles, 2.75% in US dollars and 6.5% in euros, reported the press-centre of BSGV.
 
The minimum downpayment for Property Improvement program has been down from 40% to 30% of the real estate price. The rates are from 13.5% in rubles, from 9.25% in US dollars and from 8% in euros, which are equal to the rates on purchase of flats in town. The program on purchase of a plot has become a separate one (Land program).
 
Apart from that, the rates have been decreased for Property Improvement program. New minimum rates are 14.5% in rubles, 10.25% in US dollars, 9% in euros.
