Within the framework of development of the Human Capital Management System in OJSC Tatneft, Energy Consulting has triggered complex works focused on processes optimization, talent management, and personnel recruitment, assessment and training in OJSC Tatneft. The uniqueness of the project is in that the set of the SAP-based ERP HCM solutions will be implemented in Russia for the first time, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

Yunir Giniatullin, the SAP ERP Project Manager in OJSC Tatneft, acknowledges that HR work arrangements based on the best world practices and developments enable to enhance the operability of the system which is a part of the complex program aimed at optimization of company’s activity and being successfully implemented in OJSC Tatneft in compliance with the approved strategy.
