OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2010. ROSNO has acted as an official insurance partner of Urban Awards 2010, premium in the field of municipal housing. The event has been insured against cancellation or postponement, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The awarding ceremony at Urban Awards 2010 will be held today. This event, held in Moscow for the second consecutive year, has been organized by Urbanus.ru, a Web portal dedicated to residential housing (Internet Projects media holding). The event is supported by the Government of Moscow. The nominated projects are evaluated against the broad range of criteria: construction, economic stability, marketing and management, as well as architectural profile. The laureates are the objects unrivalled in their respective categories and meeting the modern residential development requirements.

The insurance contract concluded between Internet Projects Ltd and IC ROSNO covers potential losses of the project organizers in case if the event is cancelled or postponed. The insurance contract will be valid for the duration of the event.

ROSNO is an active player in the real estate market; the company insures various risks assumed by the participants of this industry (construction and assembly risks, credit risks, title risks, etc.).
