OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2010. The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Kursk region (Kursk OFAS Russia) found that “Ivolga-Tsentr” Ltd. violated Article 28 the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The company failed to submit a petition and other relevant documentation and information to Kursk OFAS Russia on acquiring the fixed production-related assets of “KurskSelkhoztekhnika” Ltd. for use. “KurskSelkhoztekhnika” Ltd. owns over 20% net book value of the fixed production-related assets.

“The overall asset value of the parties to the transaction exceeds seven billion Rubles. Transactions with property of such companies are subject to mandatory antimonopoly control”, said Deputy Head of Kursk OFAS Russia, Ms. Marina Volkova.
