OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2010. FAS Russia received a petition of “SDS-Ugol” Holding Company” OJSC (FAS Registration No. 62791 of 9th December 2010) on acquiring 100% voting shares of “Listvyazhnaya” Coal Preparation Plant” CJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The purpose of the transaction – acquiring company’s shares to be able to control operations of “Listvyazhnaya” Coal Preparation Plant” CJSC.

Governed by Clause 2 part 2 and Clause 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia has extended the period for petition consideration until 9th March 2011 for two months in order to further examine the petition and obtain additional information.

Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction upon the state of competition.
