OREANDA-NEWS. December 31, 2010. As part of its ongoing programme to structure its assets by business segment, Acron (Veliky Novgorod) contributed 50% of its interest in AS DBT port terminal (Muuga, Estonia) to the authorised capital of Balttrans, its logistics sub-holding.

Earlier this year Dorogobuzh transferred 100% of shares of Andrex port terminal to Balttrans. In the future, the shares held by Acron and Dorogobuzh in Balttrans authorised capital will be distributed pro rata their contributions.
