OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2011. Late in December 2010, JSC “UkrSibbank” registered issue of series E bonds of JSC “SBERBANK OF RUSSIA” amounting to UAH 750m. The issue prospectus is published in the “Bulletin of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission” No. 2 dated 05 January 2010. Bonds sale will commence, once the State Securities and Stock Market Commission registers bonds placement report and issue registration certificate is obtained. The bonds will be sold to investors via JSC “UkrSibbank” and  JSC "SBERBANK OF RUSSIA".

Key issue parameters:

• Scope of issue: UAH 750,000,000.00;
• Open (public) placement;
• Par value of 1 bond: UAH 1,000;
• Interest income for interest periods 1-8: 12.75% per annum in UAH;
• Interest period: 91 days;
• Bonds circulation term: as from the moment the State Securities and Stock Market Commission registers bonds placement report and issue registration certificate is obtained and up to 17 January 2013;
• Depository: Private Joint Stock Company “All Ukrainian Securities Depository”;
• Issue manager: JSC “UkrSibbank”;
