OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. In 2012, the payment for the public debt of Ukraine servicing will be around 42 billion UAH. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at a meeting with the students of National University of Bioresourse and Environmental Sciences. He added that this year Ukraine would pay 88 billion UAH of external debts.

That is the price of thoughtlessly borrowing of 2008 and 2009.

"Next year we will have to pay about 42 billion UAH. It is too much, but it is not 88 billion, which we have to pay this year. So, next year we will have the opportunity to allocate the difference for the payment for wages, pensions, economic development", Mykola Azarov emphasized.
