The Minsk metro bombing case has been disclosed very promptly, a major Israeli businessman, a co-owner of the Israeli company Reesimex and the Cuban company Grupo Bm, former advisor to Israel prime-minister on counter-terrorism Rafael Eitan told reporters before he met with Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich in Minsk.

“As far as I have learnt from media reports, the Belarusian police have arrested the suspected culprits. It is a very prompt disclosure, if compare it with the global standards. You should also bear in mind the fact that Belarus does not feel a permanent terrorist threat. I see no possible enemies of Belarus,” said the expert.

Rafael Eitman expressed his hope that motives of the crime will become clear soon.

He also expressed his confidence that Israeli expert, who are in Belarus, will assist Belarus in the investigation. “I hope the Israeli experts will make their contribution in Belarus’ security,” he said.

He also focused on Belarus President taking the case under his own control. The heads of stated are involved in terrorist acts investigation in the United States, Great Britain, and Israel. “That is the way how it should be run in democratic states, there is no other option,” he said.

Rafael Eitan also said that he is ready to take part in agribusiness projects in Belarus.

The businessman said that Belarus has a suitable climate for dairy farming. The country also has all the opportunities for providing cows with proprietary fodder. Belarus can successfully compete with other countries in dairy farming, he said. The country is located in the center of Europe and this is why the market can be both in the east and the west. Rafael Eitan believes that Belarus’ dairy farming has great prospects. Taking into account growing labor costs agribusiness is leaving such countries like France, the UK, and Germany. “I am convinced that Belarus can be successful in agribusiness and I am ready to help,” said the businessman. He remarked that his company implements agribusiness projects not only in Israel but also America, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
