ABDI Company (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registers system, reported the press-centre of KASE.
                                                                       
Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C39070012 only) is 200,800 units;

- 2,255 shares are outstanding;

the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is Almaty-based ABDI GROUP.
