OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2011. The Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine", developed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the parliament.

The legislative initiative of the Cabinet is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine № 8521 - "Draft Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine (on a simplified system of taxation, accounting and reporting for small business)”.

Recall that on the instructions of the President of Ukraine and in accordance with negotiations with business representatives the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine carried out the development and approved a bill on amendments to the Tax Code in part of the simplified tax system. In particular, the document takes into account suggestions and comments received from businesses.
The Government asks to review the document immediately, given the social importance of the proposed changes.
