OREANDA-NEWS. June 01, 2011. KMK Munai (Aktobe, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of registered amendments to its shares issue prospectus and the copy of securities issue government registration, which replaces earlier issued certificate, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CSA NBK) registered amendments to the company shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the change of the company location;

- the total number of authorized shares is 1,500,000 common shares KZ1C51440010;

- the shares issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А5144;

- as of October 26, 2004 all company shares are offered.
