OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2011. ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), shares and bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is the bank's registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C35970017, KZ000A0ETF32) is equal to 47,000,000 units;

- 43,419,727 shares of the bank are placed;

- the bank bought back 29,190 of its shares;

- the sole person, holding the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is UniCredit Bank Austria AG (Austria, Vienna), which owns 43,277,393 shares (99.67 % from the total number of offered shares).
