OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2011. METROCOMBANK supported by a sponsor, Eurasian Bank, became an associated member of the international payment system VISA, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Availing itself of Eurasian Bank's experience in the card business in Kazakhstan, METROCOMBANK wants to offer to its clients the same level of service associated with plastic cards, as well as to begin issuing VISA cards in its own name.

Joining the international payment system VISA was a planned and important step for METROCOMBANK in terms of implementing the new strategy. Co-operation with VISA and Eurasian Bank will allow METROCOMBANK to offer the new bank product to its clients.
