OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2011. China Oilfield Services Limited successfully finished its orientation for new employees recruited in 2011 recently. Members of the Company's senior management including Mr. Li Yong, CEO and President of the Company and Mr. Xu Xiongfei, Vice President of the Company attended a military-style training session performed by new employees and attended the closing ceremony for the orientation, reported the press-centre of COSL.

Mr, Li Yong, CEO and President of the Company presented the Company’s objective of becoming a world-class oilfield service company with its sophisticated equipment, advanced technologies, scientific management and well-trained employees in details to the new employees, taking reference to the Company’s five-year strategic plan in the closing ceremony. Meanwhile, he stipulated five requirements for the new staff:first, safety first in both life and work; second, strict compliance with company regulations; third, maintenance of an optimistic attitude towards any difficulties and challenges in life and at work; fourth, willingness to learn both skills and adapt attitudes with an open mind to become a qualified international personnel through foreign language studies in spare time; fifth, be ambitious, faithful and responsible.

A new employee representative delivered a speech in the closing ceremony and said he will proceed with a strong sense of determination and a hard-working attitude to contribute wholeheartedly to the Company’s development.
