OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2011. In order to comply with statutory disclosure requirements, on November 28, 2011 Nomos Bank reported a decrease in its direct share in Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk (BKM) from 31.31% to 7.79%, reported the press-centre of Nomos Bank.

This transaction represents a restructuring within Nomos Group and the stake was sold to two 100% subsidiary companies of the Bank. The objective of the transaction is to optimize the capital allocation between the companies of the Group.

The ultimate ownership and control of Nomos Bank over BKM remains at 51.29%. The transaction will not affect the financial statements of the Group.
