OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2011. A symposium attended by chiefs from some central enterprises under SASAC was held in Baosteel Tower. The symposium was presided over by Mr Du Yuan Quan, the member of Party Committee of SASAC, deputy general secretary and the secretary of the Party Committee Administration Bureau, reported the press-centre of Baosteel. 

Those attended the symposium were the leaders from SASAC, the leaders from Baosteel: Xu Le Jiang, Liu Guo Sheng, He Wen Bo, and the chiefs from China Shipping (Group) Corporation, China Eastern Airlines Corporation, China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd, Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd, etc.

Du Yuan Quan listened to the analysis from five units including Baosteel on main work situation this year and on market next year, and the report on work of Party construction. He requested, each central enterprise take scientific development as the theme, take speeding up the change of development mode as the main line, and take cultivating excellent and powerful central enterprise with international competitiveness as the core target, to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, perfect monitoring system of State-owned assets, to strengthen and improve party construction in enterprise, and strive to make new breakthrough in implementation of "Five Major Strategy" of promoting the central enterprise in the transformation and upgrade, science and technology innovation, international operation, thriving the enterprise by talent and the harmonic development.

Next year to continue focusing on consolidating and keeping the steady development of central enterprise, pay attention to the implementation of Twelfth Fve Plan and to further promote the reform of the key fields, further strengthening the construction of supervision and regulation system for State-owned assets, continue pushing the activity of creating new and striving for excellent and the work for construction of Party organization of learning.
