OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

 - on increasing the number of authorized shares of the bank;

 - on approval changes to the methodology of defining the market value of  shares during their buyback by the bank on the unorganized market.

The meeting will take place at 30/26 Gogol/Kaldayakov str., Almaty. Participants' registration starts at 09:30 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting has been drawn up as of February 6, 2012.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting will be held on March 19, 2012 at the same time and address.
