OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2012. JSC "Bayan Sulu" (Kostanai), shares of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes and additions made to it shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on February 20, 2012 and were made due to changes and additions to the organization structure of JSC "Bayan Sulu".
