OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2012. Mineral Resources of Central Asia (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copies of changes to the company shares issue prospectus and securities issue government registration certificate, which replaces the previously issued certificate, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

According to documents:

- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) registered changes to the company shares issue prospectus;

- the certificate has been replaced due to the company location change;

- the total number of authorized shares is 4,000,000,000 units, including 3,000,000,000 - common shares KZ1C43150016, 1,000,000,000 - preferred shares KZ1P43150112;

- the shares issue has been included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А4315;

- as of March 11, 2012 all company shares are offered, its authorized capital made up KZT5,250,000,000.
