OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Tomsk, Siberia, will open a revolving line of credit with a debt limit of 1billion rubles to KDV Group of Companies LLC for a drawdown period of two years, to be used by the company to increase its working capital. Overall, the company will have a borrowing limit of 2billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.
