OREANDA-NEWS. May 4, 2012. Belarus’ farm output increased 6.1% on the year in January-March 2012 to 13.8 trillion Belarusian rubles (USD 1.7 billion at the official exchange rate), a source in the National Statistics Committee told reporters.

Sales of fattened cattle and poultry rose 4.5% on the year in January-March to 389,800 tonnes, milk output rose 6.5% to 1.555 million tonnes, and egg output went down 2.4% to 856.7 million units.
