FAS Regulations for Notifications from Foreign Investments Registered
OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2012. FAS Regulations for considering notifications from foreign investments are registered by the Ministry of Justice, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered No.337 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) “On Approving Administrative Regulations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for Providing Public Services on Considering Notifications on Acquiring 5 % and More Percentage of Stock (Shares), of the Equity Capital of Economic Entities of Strategic Importance for National Defence and State Security by a Foreign Investor or a Group of Persons Comprising a Foreign Investor” of 25th May 2012 (registered by the Ministry of Justice No. 24489 on 7th June 2012).
“Adopting the Administrative Regulations is aimed at regulating administrative procedures, enhancing accessibility and quality of administrative procedures, increasing accessibility and quality of the public service provided by FAS Russia – considering notifications filed under Article 14 of No.57-FZ Law on acquiring 5% and more percentage of stock (shares), of the equity capital of economic entities of strategic importance for national defence and state security by a foreign investor or a group of persons comprising a foreign investor”, explained Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Tsyganov.
