OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2012. Toomas Prangli, current regional head of the SORAINEN M&A and Private Equity Team, is also the Office Managing Partner of SORAINEN Estonia, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

Toomas Prangli first came to SORAINEN as a summer trainee in 1997 and 1998, later joining SORAINEN right after graduation from the University of Tartu. Toomas adds: “SORAINEN has grown from a small five lawyer team to the largest Baltic-Belarusian law firm since I joined the firm. Now, nearly 15 years later, I realise my luck in choosing the right train!”

Toomas was admitted in 2004 as one of the first partners in law firm SORAINEN. In 2009, he moved from Tallinn to Minsk to help integrate and develop the new Belarusian office. Toomas was office co-managing partner of SORAINEN Belarus for two years.

“Toomas has contributed greatly to the development of SORAINEN – he has played an active role in building up and developing the firm's internationally acclaimed M&A Practice, headed the regional Knowledge and Quality Management Teams and his commitment was exemplified by his readiness to move to Belarus for two years to establish our international standards and practices,” comments senior partner Aku Sorainen. “This move helps me to focus even more on the strategic management and business development of our firm regionally.”
