SJSC "Uzbekenergo" is undertaking necessary measures for steady functioning of power industry enterprises, realizing forecast indexes of industrial activity, implementing of the major priorities of social and economic development of the Republic in 2012, reported the press-centre of Uzbekenergo. 

The reduction of production cost has been provided for 15.4% as per operational data of the 1st half year of 2012.

For the Ist half of the year 2012, the enterprises of the Company have provided the performance of forecast indexes of industrial activity. The volume of production of commercial output for the Branch has achieved 100,2 %. Delivery of electric energy to consumers of the Republic has provided in volume of 21,3 bln.kW/h or 100,2 %.  The thermal energy was supplied in volume of 4,3 mln. Gcal.

The export of production has been executed for 147,5 % for the 1st half of the year 2012.

The supply of electric power was carried out under the direct contracts in the neighboring countries, services on carrying out design -exploration and civil and erection works have been rendered.

In line with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan№ DP - 1590 dated 29.07.2011 “About Measures on the Further Deepening of Localization of Manufacture of the Finished Goods, Complementary Parts and Materials on the Basis of Industrial Cooperation for 2011-2013”, 7 projects on localization were implemented by SJSC "Uzbekenergo".

The products manufactured at volume of 118,2 % for the 1st half of the year 2012. 

Under the investment program of 2012 in compliance with the Decree of the President of  the Republic of  Uzbekistan № DP-1668 dated  December 12, 2011 “About the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012”, the realization of 35 investment projects are ongoing.

The amount of 548,6 bln. sums of  capital investments or 100,1 % to the forecast for the period has been mastered in the Ist half of the year 2012.

The scheduled forecast indexes of capital investments has been drawn in the Ist half of the year 2012, including 6 objects have been commissioned.

The realization of the project “Reconstruction S/S 220kV “Kuyu-Mazar" (with input of the transformer with capacity of 63 thousand KVA) has been completed, the realization of projects OHTL 220 kV “ S/S Fazilman – S/S Lochin” (69,2 km) and OHTL 220 kV “S/S Kyzyl Ravat – S/S Yulduz” (31,4 km), reconstruction of  OHTL 220 kV “ Syr-Darya TPP – S/S Karakiyasay” (71,8 km) had been carried out with significantly advancing the schedule.

Within the framework of the project “Construction of S/S  220 kV “ Ishtikhan” with OHTL 220 kV and S/S 110 kV “Gornorudnaya” with OHTL 110 kV”, the second transformer with capacity of 63 thousand KVA and OHTL 110 kV with extension  of 67,1km has put into operation.

 On the 23rd of June of the current year under the project “Organization of Production of Transformers in Tashkent”, the start-up of the Uzbek-Chinese Joint Venture "Еlektr Quvvat Qurilmаlari " on production of current transformers have been provided.

Under the project “Construction of Gas Booster Compressor Station at Navoi TPP” installation works at GBCS has been completed.

On results of the Ist  half of current  year, the transmission lines of all voltage by the total length of 731,9 km and 126 thousand KVA of transformer capacities at S/S  35 kV and higher, 164 sets of transformer substations 6-10 kV (ТS/S) have been put into operation.

The construction of S/S 220 kV "Chapan -Ata" with connection of OHTL 220 kV "Sogdiana - Bobur" was carried out, the transformer with capacity of 125,0 thousand KVA and the equipment of outdoor switchgear 220 kV was installed at S/S,  the installation of supports are started at OHTL.

Realization of the project on construction of objects of external electrosupply of Tashkent is continued, at S/S 220 kV "Keles" the installation works of the second transformer with capacity of 200 thousand KVA are under the progress.

Under the project “Implementation of the Automated Monitoring System and the Account of Electric Energy”, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № DP- 1705 dated 14.02.2012 “About Priority Measures on Realization of the Project “Implementation of the Automated System of the Account and Control of Consumption of Electric Energy.  The accounting system of consumption of electric energy by consumers (voltage 0,4 kV) Bukhara, Dzhizak and Samarkand areas of the  Republic of Uzbekistan” with participation of the Asian Bank of Development” was adopted.

By the enterprises of the company are carried out the work on introduction of modern electronic devices of account of electric energy.  For expired period from the moment of the beginning of introduction it were installed: of 206,7 thousand three-phase and more than 118,9 thousand single-phase electronic devices of the account of the electric power for legal consumers, 12,4 thousand three-phase and about 2394, 5 thousand single-phase electronic devices of the account of the electric power for household consumers.

For the purposes of strengthening of payment discipline, perfection of billing systems for the supplied electric energy and financial improvement of the enterprises of Branch, the appropriate work is carried out by the enterprises of territorial electric networks.

All over the Republic 1054 public presentations in mass media were organized, including: 352 is on TV, 328 is on radio and 374 articles on the issues of realization of electric energy, perfection of payments with consumers and etc. were published in press media.

Within the frameworks of Vth International Industrial Exhibition and Cooperation Stock Exchange, 437 contracts for the total amount of 171,4 bln. sums were concluded.

For the Ist half of the year 2012, the products for the amount of 100,5 bln. sums or 118,1 % to the forecast of the period were got.

In compliance with the Decree of the Cabinet of the Ministers №55 dated 28.02.2012 “About Measures on Organization and Carrying out of the International Industrial Exhibition and the Cooperation Stock Exchange in 2012”, the enterprises of the Company in June of present year have taken part in holding of Branch Industrial Exhibition in structure of Fuel and Energy Complex. During work of Branch Industrial Exhibition, 119 contracts for the total amount of the order 30,3 bln.  sums have been concluded.

Creation of new workplaces and outworkers at the enterprises of the Company is carried out according to the forecast indexes for 2012, approved by the Cabinet of the Ministers based on agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and Ministry of Economy.  Overall the Company in 2012, the creation of 1208 new workplaces, including 150 outworkers is provided.

At the enterprises of the Company, 915 new workplaces or 154,6 %, including 145 outworkers  or 179,0 % were created for the Ist half of the year 2012.

The food program of SJSC "Uzbekenergo" for 2012 and also the schedule of expected manufacturing of agricultural products at the enterprises of the Company for 2012 has been developed and approved.

For the purposes of achievement of maximum effective indexes on realization of these programs, the strict control is established and continuous monitoring is conducted, the information to the Cabinet of the Ministers is regularly submitted.

Works on construction of hi-tech modern hothouse complexes at Talimarjan and Novo- Angren TPP’s are continued. Civil work on creation of fish facilities at Takhiatash TPP and Syr-Darya TPP are conducted. 

For the aim of execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № DP-1717 dated 27.02. 2012 “About the State Program “Year of family”  the Branch Program directed to the increasing of well-being of  energy specialists families, rendering welfare assistance to young families was developed  by SJSC “Uzbekenergo”. Creation of favorable conditions for education of physically healthy, harmoniously advanced generation with the forecast of expenses in volume of 9,1 bln. sums.  

The expenditures for realization of measures under the Branch Program “Year of family” in Ist half of the year 2012 have amounted 5,5 bln. sums in compare with the forecast of the period  as 3,9 bln. sums or 140,8 %.
